For the 30° anniversary of Mangialonga the twin towns and their wines are going to be to Mangialonga!!
Mangialonga is a non competitive food and wine walk, winding for about 4 km along the paths of the Barolo Langa region. It offers a wonderful opportunity to taste local cuisine, accompanied by excellent wine, while walking in the vineyards. The route is divided into wine tasting stops:
- aperitif with wine of the twin towns
- 1st stop: assorted charcuterie with La Morra’s Dolcetto wine
- 2nd stop: “ravioli Plin” with tomatoe and meat sauce with Barbera, Nebbiolo, Langhe from La Morra
- 3rd stop: veal meat (from La Morra butcher , label of piemontese meat) stewed in Barolo wine with polenta of organic wheat mill Sobrino with Barolo wine
- 4th stop: selections of cheeses from Cuneo valleys with Barolo wine
- 5th stop: hazelnuts cake and biscuits of Giovanni Cogno local producer with Moscato d’Asti
Departures from 10:00 to 14.30 every 15 min in front of Cantina Comunale according to the time of booking.
To Piazza Castello for the dessert with music alive, election of MISS MANGIALONGA and prizes for the more original groups!!
Better arrive at least one hour before starting.
The prices are: adults €50, 12-17 years old €20, under12€ free
Every 10 adult tickets bought , 1 ticket is free (the 11th)
