Giovanni Cogno’s traditional pastry shop was established in 1986 with the aim of valorising important products of the Langa region such as hazelnuts and corn flour.

Inspired by the work of his parents, who were bakers in La Morra and also produced artisan sweets, owner Giovanni Cogno has reworked some of the area’s most representative recipes, trying to make them known and appreciated by Italian and foreign gourmets. Used in Giovanni Cogno’s pastry shop to produce the products are exclusively hazelnuts

from Piedmont combined with ingredients of the highest quality rigorously selected by the producer himself, products of remarkable quality prepared without the use of preservatives or colouring agents.
