Owner Severino Oberto draws on his experience as an organic wine producer to create this restaurant, which has been a vineria and wine shop from 2013 to 2021 and an osteria with kitchen since April 2022.
In a modern, relaxed atmosphere, you are invited to enjoy dishes prepared with local products such as Piedmontese Fassone veal and seasonal vegetables grown on the Le Nuove Rotte farm (certified organic). Cold meats and cheeses are produced exclusively by artisans in the province of Cuneo, paired with a fine selection of organic beverages including wines and beers, and for the little ones fruit juices and soft drinks.
The architecture and furnishings take their inspiration from the wine-growing environment, the dehor welcomes you in one of the most picturesque squares of La Morra.
