Locanda Fontanazza was opened on 24 April 2013. Mattia Martinelli, the owner, has created a restaurant with an idea of essentiality at its base, which is embodied in a simple cuisine that enhances the great quality of the raw materials used.

A small room on two levels, warmed by the fire of a fireplace placed in the centre, creates a cosy and intimate atmosphere for guests; the large windows and the splendid summer terrace overlook the ramparts of La Morra, the Langhe (from Alba to Monforte) and the Alta Langa.

The menu is essential without losing the richness of the gastronomic variety of the territory. The wine list consists mainly of labels from La Morra and friendly producers from the Langhe, Roero, Switzerland and Germany.
