At the end of ’800 the businessman Luigi Parà used to make experimentation of new Nebbiolo vineyards. Then the property was bought by Oddero family that has always be involved in wine production and in 2006 Luigi created his own winery. Oddero Luigi is considered one of the father of Barolo wine. During the division of the property Luigi keep some historical crus like Rive–Parà, Plaustra and Bettolotti to La Morra, Rocche dei Rivera to Castiglione Falletto and a part of Vigna Rionda to Serralunga.
