La Corte’s cuisine is a return to its origins, travelling to pure and engaging flavours, where simplicity is still able to excite.

Vincenzo La Corte collaborates in the preparation of the menus and new proposals in the bistro area of Palás Cerequio together with Roberto Stroppiana, the property’s sommelier.

The apericru formula is available at any time of the day. Choose one of the great bottles stored in the Palás cellars or wines by the glass, and let the chef accompany it with his Piedmontese tapas pairings. Apericru can be served on the terrace or poolside.
