L’Osteria Arborina is the fine dining restaurant inside the boutique hotel Arborina Relais. which follows the ‘zero waste’ philosophy and offers tasting menus of authentic local and national flavours with a view to sustainability. The dining room, freshly restyled, with a total of 20 seats, is a spacious and very bright environment thanks to the large windows overlooking the pool and the country side; the style is elegant and minimal. The wine list is valuable with over 650 labels (national and foreign) and great attention is paid to the choice of suppliers.
The LAB, is the bistro-laboratory where traditional recipes are the absolute protagonists but also leave room for research and some innovative incursions.
Since April 2023, the Executive Chef Fernando Tommaso Forino has officially been in charge of the Arborina Relais restaurant. His approach, with respect for raw materials and the desire to enhance and rediscover the most authentic traditions, both local and national, finds concrete expression in dishes where ‘no waste’ is the motto.
